Both the bottom floor and top floor are framed and ready for drywall. You can see that the men’s and women’s washrooms on the top floor have already been completed. The frames for the glass walls (upstairs and downstairs) have also been installed. The fireproofing of the steel deck is finished.

Sprinklers and most of the electrical is complete, we are just waiting on the center staircase before we can frame in the main lounge. HVAC will also be competed over the next couple weeks.
